A Shopware shop rarely runs on its own. Behind it sit hosting, inventory management, customer service and legal compliance, and each of these systems follows its own rules. SYNERGY NETWORKS has worked with a fixed group of technology providers since 2012. These partnerships have grown over the years and are certified with most of the providers.
What this means for you: we know the systems from ongoing client projects and we know where an integration saves work and where it raises questions first. When something goes wrong, you have one contact who understands both sides, the shop and the connected system.

Shopware
Shopware is our platform. Partner agency since 2012, Extension Partner since 2014, 14 certifications across the team, including Developer Advanced, Template Designer and frontend and backend development for Shopware 6. More than 100 projects have been delivered in that time, from the Community Edition to the commercial plans Rise, Evolve and Beyond. As an Extension Partner we publish our own plugins in the Shopware Store and use them in our own shop as well.
Xentral
Xentral is a cloud ERP for orders, stock, invoices and shipping. We are a certified Xentral Bronze Partner and connect the system to Shopware 6. The benefit shows in day-to-day work, when orders and stock levels move between shop and ERP on their own and nobody types up invoices any more. [EXAMPLE: client project with Xentral integration]
Pickware
Pickware is inventory management and point of sale built directly into Shopware, with no connector and no second system. Warehouse, shipping and checkout run in the same administration as the shop. We have been a Pickware partner since 2015 and use the solution with merchants who sell online and in store. In our own shop we use Pickware for DHL shipping, among other things.
GREYHOUND
GREYHOUND is customer service software for e-commerce. Email, chat and telephony come together in one interface, with a direct view of the order. We are a GREYHOUND partner and integrate Hallo Chat and further modules into Shopware.
Hosting: ScaleCommerce and Profihost
For hosting we work with two providers. ScaleCommerce runs Shopware infrastructures built for peak loads, for instance during promotions and campaigns. Profihost is a managed hosting partner with a data centre in Hanover, certified to ISO 27001; we are listed there as an Enterprise Partner. Which provider fits depends on the shop. We settle that before the project, not after.
Tools we integrate regularly
Two services go into almost every project without a formal partnership behind them. Usercentrics for consent management whenever Google Analytics or Google Ads run in the shop; the platform is certified by Google. Trusted Shops for the trustmark, buyer protection and reviews; we support the certification and integrate the Trustbadge. The legal texts for our own shop were created with the Trusted Shops legal text generator.
