For Shopware 6, Pickware combines the functions in a single extension. It includes inventory management with stock control, purchasing and DATEV export, warehouse management with digital pick lists and barcode support, and an iPad-based point-of-sale system for shops, pop-up stores or trade fairs. The warehouse app requires an iOS device.
According to Pickware, the point-of-sale system meets the requirements of the German cash register security regulation. It uses the certified cloud TSE from the provider fiskaly, which is included in the licence price and requires no additional hardware. For use in Austria, the Austrian cash register regulation is supported as well.
We handle installation, configuration and setup in your Shopware shop. That includes the warehouse structure, product assignment, connecting shipping providers and, where needed, migrating stock and supplier data. We also support you in choosing suitable hardware.
Want to use Pickware in your shop? We set everything up for you.
ickware is an inventory management system with a warehouse management system (WMS) and a point-of-sale system (POS) for Shopware 6. You install Pickware as an extension from the Shopware Store, and it is integrated directly into the Shopware Administration. You process orders, stock and purchasing where you also manage your shop. Apps for iPhone and iPad are available for the warehouse and the till. You manage your Pickware products through a Pickware account.
Pickware is available in four plans. Prices are per month plus VAT, with the annual-contract price in brackets:
Licences for WMS (per device) and POS (per till) are added independently of the plan.
Starter covers shipping, goods receipt, warehouse management and returns. Advanced adds purchasing, accounting with DATEV integration, bills of materials and sets, extended WMS features such as multi-stage picking, and support by email and phone. Professional also includes quotes, extended permission management, custom fields and order documents, and API access. Enterprise is designed for merchants with high order volumes and includes custom development, among other things. We are happy to work out the right plan with you.
Yes. You can test Pickware free of charge for 30 days without entering a credit card. The trial ends automatically and does not renew. A free live demo by video of about 30 minutes is also available.
The WMS app runs on iPhone, iPad or iPod with iOS 15 or later. Each device needs a WMS licence at €199 per month (€179 with an annual contract). You scan with the device's camera or with a Linea Pro 5 or Linea Pro 7 scanner case. For delivery notes and invoices, a network printer with IPP and two paper trays is suitable; for shipping labels, a label printer with ZPL, such as the Zebra ZD421. Pickware recommends one device per workstation plus a spare device for peak times.
Pickware POS runs on iPad or iPhone with iOS 15 or later and costs €149 per till licence per month (€134 with an annual contract). You also need a cash drawer, a receipt printer and, if required, a barcode scanner. Card payments run via Zettle by PayPal, Mollie or ZVT-compatible terminals. In Germany, the till complies with KassenSichV using the fiskaly cloud TSE; in Austria, it complies with RKSV. Click & Collect and in-store returns of online orders are supported.
DHL, DHL Express, DPD, GLS, UPS, Post AT and Post CH are included in all plans. Further carriers can be used via the Sendcloud integration.
Yes. You can transfer existing data such as bin locations, stock, suppliers and bills of materials via CSV import or the API. We support the switch so that Pickware is up and running in your shop in a short time.
The current Pickware extension is compatible with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7. Pickware already runs with the Shopware Community Edition; a paid Shopware plan is not required.
Pickware handles returns and stock management itself. The Shopware features Return Management and Multi-Inventory are therefore not used in parallel, so that returns and stock movements are only booked once. With Shopware Custom Products, some option details, such as surcharges in returns or additional information on WMS delivery notes, are not transferred automatically. We check this for your shop during setup.
As a Pickware partner, we advise you on choosing the plan, set up Pickware in your Shopware shop and transfer your stock data. Our customers have Pickware ready for use in a short time. Please get in touch.
