Performance Check for Shopware 6

Why your shop is slow – measured, not assumed The Performance Check for Shopware 6 examines which factors determine your shop's load time: server response, database, caching, code quality, PHP settings, media and the extensions in use. Load time rarely comes from a single place. We measure the whole chain from the server to the browser, rank the findings by impact and deliver a report with recommended actions. You can then implement them yourself or hand them to us. The check takes about two to three working days. Your benefits with the Performance Check Causes instead of symptoms: We measure the entire chain from the server to the browser rather than adjusting individual values. Ranked by impact: The report orders the findings by what makes the biggest difference, so you do not start everywhere at once. Extensions included: We check which installed plugins cost runtime – a point that general speed tools do not cover. A clear time frame: The check takes about two to three working days. Implementation optional: You decide whether to carry out the measures yourself or commission us. Solid figures: Server response time and First Contentful Paint are measured, not estimated. What we examine Server performance and load speed We measure the server's response time (Time to First Byte) and the moment the first content becomes visible (First Contentful Paint). Database We look at queries and indexes and identify where the database becomes the bottleneck. Caching and resources Whether the cache is configured appropriately and whether a content delivery network would make sense for your shop. Code quality and PHP settings Redundant scripts and unfavourable PHP settings cost runtime. We check both. Images and media Large or unsuitable formats slow the page down. We check formats, sizes and delivery. Extensions in use Not every plugin is equally economical. We check which extensions cost runtime and name the candidates. Security and scalability We review the configuration for whether the shop stays stable at high traffic. Usability and SEO relevance Load time works in both directions. We identify the points where it affects usability and the technical SEO assessment. Who is the Performance Check suitable for? Shops where the home page, category pages or checkout feel noticeably sluggish Merchants with load peaks, for example in the Christmas season or during promotions Shops that have accumulated many extensions over the years Operators who want to know where the problem actually lies before switching servers Teams who need findings in order to justify an investment internally Frequently asked questions How long does the check take? About two to three working days once access and the date have been agreed. What do you need from us? Access to the shop and to the environment it runs in. We agree scope and timing beforehand. What do I receive at the end? A report with the measured values, the findings and a recommendation on the order in which the measures pay off. Do you also implement the measures? On request. Implementation is a separate assignment and not part of the check. Will my shop be guaranteed faster afterwards? The check measures and names causes. How much the load time changes depends on which measures are implemented and on the specific case. We do not promise particular figures in advance. Does the check cover hosting as well? Yes. Server response time and the environment are part of the measurement. If a change would make sense, we say so openly. What does the check cost? Billing is based on effort. We agree the scope before the appointment. Process and framework Platform: Shopware 6 Process: order, agreement on access and timing, measurement, report with recommended actions Duration: about two to three working days Requirement: access to the shop and to the server environment Result: report with measured values, findings and a prioritized recommendation Implementation: optional, as a separate assignment Billing: based on effort Request a performance check – we will agree access and timing with you.

Professional SEO Report for Shopware shops

The SEO status of your Shopware shop – documented in writing The professional SEO report for Shopware shops is an analysis of your online shop that records its technical and editorial SEO status and documents it in a PDF report. The review is tailored to the structure of Shopware shops: category and product pages, sitemap, redirects and structured data. You receive the report within one to two working days and can see where your shop is set up cleanly and where points remain open. The report assesses the current state; which measures you take from it is your decision. Your benefits with the SEO report A clear starting point: You see the SEO status of your shop documented in writing instead of guessing at it. Tailored to Shopware: The review takes the technical structure of Shopware shops into account, not just general website criteria. Quickly available: The report is delivered as a PDF within one to two working days. A basis for decisions: The report names the findings so you can decide what to tackle first. Extendable: An individual evaluation with specific recommendations can be booked in addition. Comparable over time: The report records a state that later reviews can be measured against. What the report examines Technological infrastructure We look at the technologies, frameworks and hosting in use in terms of SEO relevance and performance. Crawling and indexing Which pages are accessible to search engines and which are not: robots.txt, XML sitemaps, redirects and obstacles to indexing. Content analysis Structure, heading hierarchy, text lengths and keyword coverage of your pages – with notes on editorial revision. Structured data and markup Whether Schema.org markup is present and correctly applied, for example for products, reviews and events. Internal and external linking The link structure of the shop: broken links, internal cross-references and inbound links from outside. Performance PageSpeed values and the resources that slow loading down – JavaScript, CSS and images. Mobile presentation How the shop performs on smartphones and tablets. Security aspects SSL certificate, redirects and mixed content, viewed in an SEO context. SEO errors and warnings Missing or duplicate meta tags, unoptimized images, thin and duplicate content. Search traffic and keywords Traffic from organic search, the keywords that bring visitors in, and their positions. Who is the SEO report suitable for? Shopware shops that are live and gain little visibility in search Merchants ahead of a relaunch who want to record the starting position Shops after a migration, where redirects and indexing need to be checked Teams without in-house SEO resources who need an inventory Operators who want an independent second opinion on their shop Frequently asked questions How long does it take? One to two working days after the order. In which format do I receive the report? As a PDF document. Do you need access to my shop? Not for the publicly accessible pages. For evaluations from Google Search Console or Analytics we need read access; we agree that with you beforehand. Does the report contain specific recommendations? The report documents the findings. An individual evaluation with prioritized recommendations can be booked in addition. Do you also implement the measures? On request. Implementation is a separate project and is commissioned separately. Will the report improve my position on Google? The report analyses and documents. Positions in search depend on many factors that no one can promise. What the report provides is a reliable basis for your decisions. Does the report also apply to Shopware 5? The report is aimed at Shopware 6. For Shopware 5, please get in touch. Deliverables and process Format: SEO report as a PDF document Delivery: within one to two working days of the order Scope: technical, editorial and structural review of the shop Requirement: a publicly accessible shop; read access to Google Search Console or Analytics for traffic evaluations Optional: individual evaluation with specific recommendations Implementation: as a separate project on request Order your SEO report · or clarify your questions first

Server-Side Tagging Integration

Tracking through your own server instead of the browser Server-side tagging moves the collection and forwarding of tracking data out of the browser and onto a server you control. We set up the connection for your platforms, configure the data streams and then verify every event. Tags running in the browser are cut back by blockers, browser settings and short cookie lifetimes. Via the server, collection stays more stable and you keep control over which fields leave the house. One thing server-side tagging does not replace: your visitors' consent. It remains a prerequisite and is built into the configuration. Your benefits with server-side tagging More stable data: Collection runs through the server and is not cut back by browser settings and blockers. Control over the fields: You decide which data goes to which platform instead of leaving it to the browser. Fewer scripts in the browser: Some of the client-side scripts fall away, which eases page rendering. One setup for several platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok and others run through the same server structure. Verified, not assumed: After setup we test the events and document what arrives in the platforms. Consent built in: The consent logic is part of the configuration, not an add-on afterwards. Our services at a glance Setting up the server environment We set up the server structure for tagging and connect it to your shop. Connecting the platforms Google, Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and Hotjar are connected – depending on what you use. Configuring the data streams We define which events are recorded and which fields go to which platform. Consent and data forwarding The configuration takes your consent settings into account, so that nothing requiring consent is forwarded without it. Testing and validation After implementation we check every event and document which data arrives in the platforms. Handover and documentation You receive an overview of the events set up and the data fields transmitted. Who is server-side tagging suitable for? Shops whose conversion figures in the advertising platforms are well below the figures in the shop Merchants advertising on several platforms at once who need a shared data basis Operators who want to control which data leaves their house Shops where many client-side tracking scripts weigh on page rendering Teams who want to put their data processing in order before a review Frequently asked questions Which platforms do you connect? Google, Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and Hotjar. We check further platforms on request. Does server-side tagging make my tracking data protection compliant? No. Server-side tagging changes where data is processed and which fields are forwarded. Your visitors' consent remains necessary, and the legal assessment of your processing remains your responsibility. We build the configuration so that your consent settings take effect. Do I still need a consent banner? Yes. Nothing changes about the requirement for consent. Will my site become faster as a result? Some of the client-side scripts fall away, which eases page rendering. How much depends on how many scripts previously ran in the browser. Where does the server run? We agree that with you – depending on your infrastructure and your requirements regarding the place of processing. How do I know everything arrives? After setup we test every event and document the result. Can I keep my existing client-side tracking? During a transition period, yes. What runs in parallel permanently is agreed beforehand, so events are not counted twice. Scope and framework Service: setup and configuration of server-side tagging including data streams Platforms: Google, Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Hotjar – others on request Consent: your consent settings are incorporated into the configuration Acceptance: testing and validation of all events set up Handover: documentation of the events and the data fields transmitted Server environment: by arrangement, depending on your infrastructure Ask about server-side tagging – we will review your current tracking beforehand.

Shopware Plugin Development

Custom Shopware plugins – built around your processes Shopware Plugin Development by SYNERGY NETWORKS creates extensions for Shopware 6 that provide exactly the function your shop needs and for which no suitable solution exists in the store. We work as a Shopware extension partner and develop in the admin as well as in the storefront – from adjusting an order process to connecting an ERP or CRM system. You speak directly with the developers working on your plugin. Before the project starts, you receive a quote with an estimate of the effort involved. Your benefits with Shopware Plugin Development A precise fit instead of a workaround: The extension reflects your process instead of forcing you to adapt your process to a standard plugin. Compatible with your setup: We develop against the Shopware version you run and check how the extension interacts with your existing plugins. Existing systems connected: Interfaces to ERP systems such as Pickware or Xentral and to CRM systems are part of the scope. Stable under load: We build for scalability so the extension works reliably at high traffic and transaction volumes. A direct line: You speak to the people who write the code, not through an intermediary. Usable for your team: On request, the extension comes with its own interface in the Shopware administration. Our services at a glance Backend development for the Shopware administration We extend the administration with functions that reflect your daily workflows – from additional fields to dedicated modules. Frontend development for the storefront Functions your customers see and use are built in the storefront, with the design aligned to your specifications. Interfaces to ERP and CRM On request, we connect the extension to systems such as Pickware or Xentral and to your CRM, so data does not have to be maintained twice. A dedicated interface in the Shopware admin So your team can operate the extension without developer knowledge, we build a configuration interface where it is needed. Development with load and scaling in mind At high order volumes, the implementation determines the runtime. We take this into account in the data model and in queries. Documentation for the extension You receive documentation on handover. Its scope and depth depend on the complexity of the extension. Who is Shopware Plugin Development suitable for? Shops with processes for which no suitable extension exists in the Shopware Store Merchants who want to connect an existing ERP or CRM system to Shopware Projects where a purchased extension almost fits and needs an adjustment Shops with high order volumes where standard solutions reach their limits Companies that want an extension maintained over the long term Frequently asked questions How does a project run? In four steps: defining the goal, quote, development, handover with documentation. Before the quote we clarify which functions the extension has to provide and which systems will be connected. What does development cost? Billing is based on effort. We estimate the effort after defining the goal and state it in the quote before development starts. Do I receive documentation? Yes. Its scope and depth depend on the functionality and complexity of the extension. Is the extension maintained after handover? On request. Ongoing maintenance and support are agreed separately and are not part of the development. Will the extension work with my existing plugins? We check how it interacts with the extensions you run. Conflicts that cannot be resolved are named before development begins. Do you also develop for Shopware 5? Our focus is Shopware 6. For Shopware 5, please get in touch. Scope and framework Platform: Shopware 6, administration and storefront Process: goal definition, quote, development, handover with documentation Interfaces: connection to ERP systems such as Pickware or Xentral and to CRM systems Interface: dedicated configuration interface in the administration on request Billing: based on effort, with an estimate in the quote before the project starts After handover: maintenance and support optional and agreed separately Describe your requirement – we will come back to you with an assessment.
